The staff is VERY RUDE. I had the door slammed, not once but twice, by the Latina, who did not identify that she was an employee who then told me she did not have to and then mumbled something under her face mask. I thought she was a customer. The manager then came out and told me to get off the line with a royal hand wave, and I would not receive service in his pharmacy how things have changed in fifteen years.

I have had very few problems with Allchin Pharmacy and Travel Clinic, and it has been my go-to place for some time now, maybe five years. The staff knows who I am when I come in, and for the most part, my scripts are ready. I also don’t just show up to pick them up; I receive a text msg when ready, so this works very well. I can buy a few small items and pay by pharmacy as well. My negatives: I did once get a smirk or dirty look upon picking up a medication that the pharmacy Tech, a middle-aged Indian woman, did not agree with, which I found unprofessional. This would require further training. People need drugs and do not need judgments from staff who are paid to serve them.

Very Pleasant, Extremely helpful, Green Light Pharmacy has 99% of what you need. If they can’t order it for you, they will tell you where you’ll be able to find it.

I went to get a Covid test, and I would not recommend it. Here’s a comparison of my experience here compared to CityMD: Pro:- faster initial wait time to get testing. (20 mins vs. 1.5hrs) Cons:- had to pay a $35 out-of-pocket fee that is not reimbursed by your insurance. It  Extremely painful! The lady performing the test is highly unprofessional. She was so paranoid about catching Covid that she told me to turn away from her as she jammed the swab up my nostril. It wasn’t even from a straight angle and made it extremely painful vs. having a professional doctor do this test at city MD. If the person is not skilled enough to administer the test safely and correctly, they should find a different gig.- wait time for test results is slow. It has been five days (including the weekend), and I still don’t have my result. Unless you enjoy suffering and paying out of pocket, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

All of the staff at ViaQX Pharmacy were friendly and helpful, which is great for an old man. The pharmacy personnel was friendly and helpful – a nice place to shop.

I’ve lived by this pharmacy since it was built, and it has been the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is very helpful, especially Mary and Cliff. They are truly the sweetest people and really care about you and make sure you find everything at check out.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a store of any kind. Yesterday I went to collect my medication which usually costs $25.00, and LloydsPharmacy tried to charge me $460.00. When I asked why they said they had no idea and couldn’t find any record of ever giving me this medication. I had to go home, get the empty bottle and take it to them to prove that they had. After all this, they said they’d contact my insurance provider and call me, this never happened, and now I’m back in the store, having missed a day’s medication going through the entire irritating process again. I should add that this pharmacy also once managed to give me someone else’s medication by mistake. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
